The Central Union School District makes various available opportunities for parents to provide their views on the educational programs and activities, including recommendations on the needs of their children and on how the District may help those children realize the benefits of the educational programs and activities.

One opportunity is through committee and council meetings. Each year an Indian Education Council (IEC) of Central Union Elementary School District provides an opportunity for the Tachi -Yokut Tribe and parents of Indian children to meet. This council schedules a minimum of seven (7) meetings (Sept, Oct, Nov, February, March, April, May) during the school calendar year to address comments and concerns of parents of Indian children regarding the District's educational programs and activities.

This notice is to provide you the dates, time and location of the 2022-23 IEC Meetings. Each meeting begins at 12:00 PM at the Santa Rosa Rancheria Education Center on the following dates: (meetings subject to change)

September 13, 2022
October 18, 2022
November 15, 2022
February 21, 2023
March 14, 2023
April 18, 2023
May 16, 2023
