On Saturday, March 14, at 1 p.m., the Biola Eagles, featuring former Hanford West High School standout Gabe Magallan, were defeated 11-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball contest against the Concordia Irvine Golden Eagles.
Golden Eagles Field served as the venue for this game, marking the third time the teams faced each other this season. The Eagles secured a 15-10 victory over the Golden Eagles in their previous meeting on Friday, March 13.
Magallan surrendered five earned runs in five innings, collecting four walks and striking out two batters.
The Eagles are set to play the Concordia Irvine Golden Eagles again at Golden Eagles Field on Saturday, March 14, at 4:30 p.m.
