On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Sierra Pacific High School standout Kennedy Usher’s current college team, the UCCS Mountain Lions, lost 13-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the West Texas A&M Buffaloes.

The game took place at Los Lunas Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Buffaloes this season.

The Mountain Lions’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 8 p.m. at Schaeffer Park against West Texas A&M Buffaloes.
