Rep. David Valadao, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing California’s 22nd District, recently highlighted various ongoing community and economic engagements through a series of posts on social media. Valadao, who replaced previous U.S. Congress member TJ Cox in 2021, provided updates on local initiatives and celebrations.

On April 18, 2025, Valadao detailed his visit to Hannah’s House in Hanford, where “it was great seeing the amazing work Champions Recovery does firsthand”. He praised the organization’s efforts to support women in the community with detox services, housing, job resource classes, among other initiatives.

Valadao also met with representatives from Strata Credit Union during the week, as he noted in a post on April 19, 2025. He emphasized the importance of their activities, stating “their continued investment in underserved communities throughout the Central Valley” plays a critical role in the region’s growth by supporting small businesses and expanding financial resources.

On April 20, 2025, Valadao extended festive wishes to his constituents, posting “He is Risen! Wishing everyone across CA-22 a blessed Easter Sunday.”

David Valadao, a resident of Hanford, California, has been an active representative of his district since 2021. Aside from his current congressional role, he is noted for his previous tenure in the California State Assembly from 2010 to 2012.
