Manuel comes to the Hanford by way of the City of Lindsay, where he managed IT operations. As an information systems analyst here in Hanford, Manuel says his primary focus will be supporting two software systems that are used on a daily basis by City staff and community members. He will also support and administer various other IT operations for the City.

Manuel is a Tulare-native, but isn’t a complete stranger to Hanford.

“Hanford is a great place to live or visit,” he said. “As a former City of Hanford resident, I really enjoyed the small-town feel and the many amenities available for its citizens and guests.”

Outside of work, Manuel enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years and their two sons.

Welcome, Manuel! We’re so happy to have you on board!
